The Owls’ House is so named after the novel written in Lamorna Cove by Crosbie Garstin. Set within a communal courtyard, this stunning, semi-detached, contemporary barn conversion is all on one level, making it suitable for guests with limited mobility. The Owls’ House has been furnished to a very high standard with solid oak floors, neutral decor and a south-facing glazed gable-end, enabling you to enjoy the views across the countryside to the sea in the distance. A huge open plan living-room with a kitchen and dining area leads outside to a garden and children’s play-area, also shared by neighbouring Munnings’ Barn, Knights Cottage and Forbes’ Retreat.

All 4 properties are similar. A hallway leads to the family bathroom and three stylish bedrooms, one with a double and single bed, a combined TV/DVD player and boasting an en suite bathroom.

Nearby Lamorna Cove can be reached by a public footpath or a short drive through a wooded valley. Should you wish to explore the area further the towns of St Ives and Penzance are a short drive away and an evening watching a performance at the nearby Minack Theatre in Porthcurno is also a must.
