Less than 10 minutes from the A30 the main route into Cornwall it is well positioned to tour both the north or south coasts, only 20 minutes away, with their beautiful beaches and coves. There are river trips on the Fal and Helford, National Trust properties and gardens, all within easy reach. There are cycling tracks with bike hire, horse riding or fishing nearby. The local playing field is only 400 meters away. Each property has its own garden. Pulla Cottage is a well equipped comfortable traditional cottage and has 2 bedrooms sleeping up to 4 + cot.
