Polsue Manor Farm
Bed and Breakfast near Truro
Our extensive farmhouse enjoys some of the finest views in this area of South Cornwall. We are situated above the tidal Tresillian River, which is a tributary of the River Fal. The cathedral city of Truro is 2 miles away and we are ideally placed for visiting the Roseland Peninsula with its fine beaches and coastal walks, river creeks and old churches like St Just-in-Roseland. The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project are less than 20 miles away and southwest of Truro is Falmouth and the new National Maritime Museum. A leisurely boat trip from Truro to Falmouth offers spectacular views of the creeks, together with the oyster beds and mussel farm near the King Harry Ferry. We offer bed & breakfast in comfortable, relaxed surroundings. Our rooms are spacious for couples or families and some rooms are en suite. All the guest rooms, together with the lounge and dining room have glorious views. This is a 190-acre working farm and guests can safely park their cars in the car park. Nearby there are delightful woodland and riverside walks with plenty of wild flowers and bird life to enjoy. The thatched 15th Century Wheel Inn public house in the village of Tresillian is an inviting place to eat, offering excellent food and well worth a visit. At Polsue Manor Farm every effort is made to ensure guests enjoy a relaxed and comfortable stay.
