Offering you peace, relaxation and a genuinely warm welcome.  We are just 15 minutes from Penzance on the south coast between Mousehole and Porthcurno.  Perfectly located for exploring West Cornwall.

Enjoy a cream tea in the garden on arrival, probably to be joined by our very friendly springadors. Then relax and unwind. We have two delightful en-suite bedrooms and a private guest lounge for you to enjoy.  The bedrooms are the ultimate in comfort with luxurious soft furnishings, extremely comfortable king size beds and lovely sea views.  Modern en-suite bathrooms, well stocked tea trays and lots of little extras to make your stay feel special. A perfect haven to return to each day.

Our award winning breakfasts are truly delicious and are taken in our spacious dining room around the large walnut dining table. All breakfasts are freshly cooked to order using local & organic produce. With a mouthwatering selection it's a delicious prelude to the day whatever your choice.

The comfortable guest sitting room has a lovely open fire for those cooler days and a good selection of local books, maps, games and dvd's for your use. Access to your room and our facilities is available at any time.

From our doorstep you can take a stroll to the tranquil and beautiful St Loy cove or walk the South West coastal footpath.   The famous open air Minack Theatre  is just a 10 minutes drive.  We are also perfectly situated for visiting Mousehole, Penzance, St Ives, St Just, Lands End, St Michaels Mount and the many beautiful and secluded coves and beaches in the area.
