An ideal location to explore everything that Cornwall has to offer with Eden, Lanhydrock and Heligan close by. Rugged cliffs, quaint fishing villages and sandy beaches are only a short drive away. Lovely country walks can be enjoyed from our doorstep, including the Saints Way.

Both of these 5 star properties have been renovated with great attention to detail, and are full of rustic charm and character. Period features can be found in every room, from the oak beams to the granite alcoves. Both properties have solid oak kitchens, with granite worktops and slate floors and are fully equipped with top quality modern appliances and full central heating. Church Meadow Barn and The Cottage aim to feature everything you need for a fabulous holiday.

Church Meadow Barn boasts one master en suite bedroom with a 6ft superking bed and many creature comforts including flat screen TV. There is plenty of space for an extra bed/travel cot if necessary. The relaxing lounge/dining room has a 32" LCD TV with Freeview, stereo and DVD and French windows which lead onto the patio and private garden with BBQ.

The Cottage has two spacious bedrooms and exudes high quality throughout. The master bedroom has a 6ft superking bed (which will convert into twins if preferred). The second bedroom has a king size bed. Both bedrooms have LCD TVs with Freeview and many creature comforts. There is a large, spacious dining room and separate sitting room with log fire, 32" LCD TV with Freeview, stereo and DVD. The relaxing sunroom overlooks the patio and private garden with BBQ.
